Hi, Jan.

I feel really bad for replying late, and thanks a lot about your concern.

some xm owner wanted parts of my Xm badly to maintain his own, so I adopted a positive perspective and thought cannibalization route would help even more fellows.

about CAT,

I bought aftermarket one on eBay UK for my Xm, it worked fine. and I hear some shops in Japan can regenerate damaged CATs.

I still have some other new and used parts with me which I have stocked for my x-car. you can PM if you are interested. sorry about my crabbed blogs, or I think I misunderstood you could read my Japanese blog.

anyway I have always been impressed with your knowledge about citroen, and was supprised to hear you imported citroens yourself !

actually I am now running C4 GP eHDi 1.6l, as you may know, it's not a model what citron dealers carry in Japan. I bought it from a private importer in Tokyo.

I already miss Xm. it was quite a comfortable car !

best luck to your life with Xm extraordinaire !

Thank you, Shin, if I may call you that, for your reply. Good to hear you are now driving a C4. Truth be told, I had not discovered that fact smile.gif I thought you had gone for a different mark. I drove a C4 during a short vacation in Holland last year in the spring. The car belonged to my sister-in-law. But it was not a diesel.

I am always interested in gathering spares for the ES9J4. If you could let me know about what you have I might make some choices.
As a matter of fact I replaced the CAT with one imported from the Netherlands. Several UK ebay sellers informed me the latest regulations made it illegal to export their products to [me] Japan.

Again thanks for your message and offer,

Regards,
