Thanks John, and one last thing, I've found a few left and right drivelines but they say they are for 2.5TD, 2.0, etc. Any difference here?

There are at least 3 different types of drive shaft before we get to engine types.
With and without ABS ring, then solid and hollow shaft for the outer leg.
I need to check up on interchangability etc.
Not got that information in memory or easily searchable.
Someone else may be able to say or check on Service Citroen.
Post your cars ORGA number and full model details to be sure the check is accurate.
I am afraid that as a few drive shafts turned up as new old stock on ebay for around £20 I bought in to use if right or canabalise if wrong. They sit waiting in a heap with my few recovered shafts.
The gaiters or CV joints or stub end with ABS would each cost that or more to purchase.

Hey all, just letting you know I finally got to take it to a mechanic. He checked it out and turns out the boot on the right hand side had split and a tooth from the drive shaft had broken and was shaking the engine. Lucky for me he was able to order a re-manufactured shaft and now the problem is completely gone! (Along with most of my cash)
Thanks for helping me out with this!
