Maybe you could search locally for a plastic tank fabricator who does welding. The technique for a crack would be to open out the crack into a V shape and then weld it up using a compatible plastic filler rod and a special hot air torch (not a DIY Bostik plastic melt gun). Industrial plastic tank and pipework manufacturers use this welding method.
