Hello

My names Remy and I work for my dad at our private Citroen garage in Chatham (part of the Medway Towns) in Kent. Both me and my father have XM's as our cars, mines a 2.1 td series 1 and my dads is a 2.1 td series 2, and find them great cars.

We repair them, and also dismantle them as part of our bussness, we often have at least 2 cars in for breaking at any time, though the number is falling now as suplly slowly stops. We also have many parts from cars we have taken to bits in the past, and a small number of new items.

At the moment we are taking to bits a 2.1td series 1 hatchback and a 2.0 turbo ct series 2 estate.

if you need any parts please ask, mail me, ring the workshop up on 01634 849609 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting              01634 849609      end_of_the_skype_highlighting, or post on here.

we do run our garage as a bussness but like to think we have a certain pride and passion in keeping these great machines alive!

thanks

Hi Remy,

Welcome to club-xm. There's no need to explain to you about the passion for XMs then? wink.gif

Another pair of hands and a good brain is always welcome. I'm sure you'll have seen faults on XM's yet to appear on club-xm. I'm sure your contribution will be very well received.

Parts of course is becoming the main topic being talked about. As the fleet gets older the weakest are being broken up and the parts used to keep the remainder on the road. I'm sure evryone would be interested in any parts you may have. Why not put a link in the "Links" section too.

If I recall correctly it was Charlotte who first registered here as Medway Citroen. We haven't heard much from her of late, I trust she is well.

Cheers
