Hi all, I have been a citroen owner since 1988, having had 2 BX 19rd's, 3zx's and now 2 XM's. My present XM is the first I bought, a 2.1tdsx auto in Silver Quartz, the only colour to have. After using your site I am now happily driving around well again. If anybody else has probs with poor starting/ pick up give me a call and I'll relay what I found.

I saw that you had registered but lurked for a while so you could be sure we didn't bite . Welcome to club-xm. As I'm sure you are already aware we're a friendly bunch here always willing to help each other out. A bit like the Amish barn-raising. I'm glad you got your problem fixed on your first visit. Thats the purpose of club-xm after all.

Rather than wait until someone contacts you to ask, why not detail your problem and fix now in a post? You never know it might help some other poor sod with the same problem. If you think its a bit of a newish or novel problem, write it up and put it in the Self-Help File section. Then you can be immoratlised in the club-xm annals of history. Now there's an offer any self respecting XM owner would be hard pushed to refuse

If you put your model and RP number in your signature it makes it easier to answer any of your queries since we'll know which car your talking about. See my signature below:

To update your signature click on "My Controls" at the top right of the screen and then "Edit signature" at the bottom left of the next screen. Put your details in the white box in the middle and you're done.
