Well done Lewis Hamilton, close but deserved. And who in their right minds would pay 40% of their income to Gordon Brown and his merry men if they had the choice?

F1 is not really my cup of tea as its just too political. However I did watch the last 3 laps and although he cut it extremely fine! He did win it fair and square so yes well done Lewis.

All the gutter depress suggested this morning many folk weren't too happy and suggesting it
was all a fix! And it's nothing to do with the fact his colour had any influence on this attitude?
Guess we'll see in the next 24hours if there's another 'fix' elsewhere too...

and to think Lewis's F1 car was more reliable with no breakdowns throughout the whole year. How many of us can claim that in our road going cars!!!
i'm just glad there are no (ferrari) red xm's out there. silver is a better colour.

As long as he doesn't come back waving the Union Flag and claiming he loves this Country! Like many a hypocrite has done.

Had McLaren nobbled another driver to gift Hamilton a place, it would surely have made sense to involve Vettel in the bunco and not Glock - and certainly not Glock on the very last corner of the race!
Only deranged fools rambling on blogs will think there was anything even remotely staged about what happened last weekend. Unless you're making a Hollywood film, that sort of hair's breadth finish happens entirely by accident. It's simply way too much to risk to organise.
(In addition, what with all of Hamilton's stewards enquiries over the course of the year, fixing a race would not have been at the top of his agenda.)
