Several years ago Top Gear featured a machine that looked like a jet fighter cockpit on three wheels.......two wheels at the back and a motorcycle wheel at the front. The front wheel and cockpit leaned into corners like a motorcycle.........it was brilliant!

I'd forgotten about it until I saw one on the road a few days ago.......it looked even better in the flesh than it did on TV.........bloody brilliant!

Now I want one.......but as I know it's going to be way out of my price range, I'll just have to settle for looking at pictures........and possibly videos......if I can just remember what it's called.........

Anyone else remember it?

But I think this is more like the machine I spotted on the road recently

bitontheside,

I think I know the one you mean, it's like a little town scooter with a canopy on........

No, this thing was definately like a Carver, fully enclosed........but it looked more streamlined

It was going in the other direction so I only got a quick look at it

All I know is I want one.................

And I want one of these motors in it

Is that asking too much?

Venture have been working on a hybrid vehicle with Carver tilting technology (under license) www.flytheroad.com. Looks stunning, but development is taking forever.

Vandenbrink have reportedly been working on their own s2, maybe that's what you saw?
