All new spheres. When driving the round warning light comes on when I brake goes off when i take my foot off. At low engine revs and slow speed I lose power assistance for parking comes back just above 2000 revs. Doseur valve has been suggested does this sound right?

First thing to check is the hydraulic pump belt tension, sounds to me as though its slipping.

"The round warning light". Would that be the brake pad wear warning light?

Yes but it's got new pads all around

Does that not come on if the hydraulic pressure is low?
