URGENT! please inform me what is clirens between earth and XM body in drive and other modes(standart) thanks!

Robertson,

You need to explain more what you mean. The word clirens doesn't mean anything to do with cars.

Which part of the car are you talking about?

Cheers

Hi Robertson ,
I think you are asking what is the normal running clearance between the datum point on the underside of your car and the road
Is That in the haynes manual book anyone?
Best regards Bob

Robertson,

OK now I understand the question.

The following figures are for both saloons and estates.

For the front of the car:
with 195/70 Tyres it should be 144 mm +10mm -7mm
with 205/60 tyres it should be 149 mm +10mm -7mm

The distance is between the ground and the flat part of the chassis beside the lower swinging arm.

For the rear of the car:
with 195/70 Tyres it should be 431mm +10mm -7mm
with 205/60 tyres it should be 436mm +10mm -7mm

The distance is between the ground and the top of the rubber mounting which is located between the chassis and the floor of the boot.

Hope this helps.

Cheers
