It wasn't me but I've got N451YBL and N471YBL and I used to have N497YBL. There are not many of those about and were all registered in Jan '96

It's practically an epidemic - I've seen another one in Chester!

Another YBL? If its an estate they only sold 61!

Seeing a lot more over here too. I Shot past a white English reg S1 last weekend, saw the driver turn to the side and gawp at me with that 'OMG another one actually exists!' look, just as I was doing with him! We were both doing about mach 1 though, so far too fast to do any flashing of lights etc.

A couple of days later I was just leaving the work carpark and passed a green S1 estate, and same thing, the driver and I exchanged brief looks of disbelief for an instant while passing. Funny, it was at the exact same place on the road where I first saw my grey S1 (which I now own).

Then SWMBO went for a job interview the other day, and what should she roll up beside (while driving my green S2), but a silver S2 XM... one that I'd seen around the roads for the past few years, and recognised the numberplate of, but it had eluded me for some time lately... now I know where it lives...well works.. Hah!

I'm seeing more of them about than ever. There was a real drought of them over here for 3 or 4 years, glad to see them out and about now.

Bet they're still more exclusive than Ferraris mind you!

A colleague at another site of my firm has a white XM estate. I noticed in the latest edition of Citroenian that the writer of the XM column has a reg not far from mine. N*** RAC.

Oh nearly forgot to mention it but on the way back home from Devon a BX estate pulled up next to me. Don't see that very often, a BX and an XM side by side.

I think that Noz owns one of the NxxxRAC cars. I have another 2 although one has changed to NxxxXCF via a private plate. It seems that Citroen or PSA took blocks of numbers then notified DVLA as they used them up over a period of months as there does not seem to be one common registration date.

All the 'YBL's I have come across so far have been registered Jan'96. Initially they were all estates but now one of two hatchbacks have emerged. The '61' registered I think only applies to 2.1 manual estates.
