odd front suspension , the front will suddenly rise or fall for no reason the brakes are also acting up (super sensitive or no sesitivity) its a non hydro car with no abs, altho it does have a center sphere at the back, (anti sink??) its had new corner spheres and an accumulator sphere, also the rear will go hard/soft ?

Get underneath and lubricate every rod and linkage you can see?
Then see what symptoms are left.

Air in the system. Drop the car to its lowest setting inside, then with engine running open the regulator screw to release pressure then leave engine running for about ten mins to purge the system.. close the regulator up then try again..
Brakes, bleed them out.. EASY on citroens, top suspension setting, remove front wheels, place a bar between seat and brake pedal to open the brake valve slightly, WITH ENGINE running, then open the caliper bleed screw on each side, you'll hear the regulator click as the fluid pumps out AT A GOOD RATE.. repeat opposite side..
Try them to start with, I doubt very much it would be sticky mechanisems, especially with your brake problem
Good luck
