Is there any way that you could send me the pdf file above by email? All I get is code when I try to access it (and every other pdf) via the site. Or is there a simple way round this or is it because I have a Mac rather than a PC?

Can you do a save file from the link and then open it. I have a similar problem with Firefox browser and have to do it that way.
