Hi Colin,
I'm not entirely sure what the problem is. Click on My Controls at the top right hand corner of this screen. Click on 'Edit Avatar Settings' at the bottom left of the next page. Check your jpeg image conforms to the upload rules at the top of the list. Click on the browse button and navigate to the location of the file on your hard drive. Select the appropriate image file and press 'Open'. The image should upload to the server and be displayed where it says 'your current avatar'.
If you'rs doesn't work, at what stage does it fail?
Cheers

Thanks for the reply Noz, still can't get it to work - fails at the stage when it is shrinking the size of the image and says that this type of file is not allowed, even though it is a jpeg image.

Hi Colin,
Try reducing the size of the image with a graphics programme eg Paint Shop Pro or MS Picture Manager before uploading. If you're struggling, send the image to me and I'll see what I can do.

Cheers Noz, I'll give it a go but I'm better at swinging a spanner than tackling this ruddy pc
