I dont know that it has a relay, but if its not working, look at the small fusebox behind the battery, you will likely find that the fuse has not necessaraly failed but has a bad connection with the fuseholder. Clean or replace the fuse and give the contacts a good clean. If its only the blower that isnt working but you can control the heat output, it will likely be the transistors on the motor.

David,

To be clear, do you mean the heater fan or do you mean the radiator fan(s)?

If the heater fan then the fix can be found here:

http://club-xm.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=279

If its the radiator fan(s) then its down to the two relays mounted under the black plastic apron at the nearside headlight. The connectors are prone to rusting. Drill the 3 rivets out so that the relays come out with the plastic bracket. Pull out each of the relays in turn and do your best to clean the connectors (male & female) and reassemble with some copper grease to keep the water out. Place the bracket back in osition and replace the 3 rivets.

Hope this helps. Please come back if you've still got trouble.

Cheers
