Bushes, Steering Pump & Air Deflector, Wanted

Hi,

The car I am thinking of buying as a companion to my V6 Exclusive is a S2 VSX Turbo manual, but needs front suspension bushes and a replacement power steering pump (which sounds like its bearing is shot). Less essential but req'd sooner or later is the wind deflector for the sunroof, the O/S arm of which has broken off it mounting due to corrosion. :|

The latter may be a scrapper item, but Citroen say they won't/can't supply the other parts – so does anyone know who can? (The bushes are an MoT failure and were an advisory at the last test).

Hi Mark,

First the pump. Have you actually diagnosed the pump eliminating the other possibilities? I'd hate to see you replace the pump only to find out it was something else.

Next, the bushes. I've done this job myself. It's not a bad job. However you do need a press or rather a press makes it much much easier.

As for your sunroof I don't think you've got much option other than a scrapper.
