A good strip and clean of the main components removes a lot of built up crud that
flushing doesn't shift. If you have the time and the tools I'd recommend it. Also if the LHM is really dirty I find several doses of flush is worth doing.

Here's how the flush looked after 2000 miles in the 2.5, needless to say I flushed it again.
