Hi Peeps

hi there, Gerrys the name & im in the north highlands of scotland. A self eployed person doing almost any kind of work, though mechanic is my trade (mainly 4x4).
I have an interest in all things mechanical I like to indulge in hill walking, shooting, wine making cooking curries & follow rugby union.

On the mechanical front I have never spent much time arround cits and am hopeing to learn alot, espesially about that hydraulic brake/suspension stuff as I beleave some is coming my way, so be warned, SILLY QUESTIONS (wiyh poor spelling) WILL FOLLOW.

Seems like a good friendly sight, will log on when poss.

Welcome to the club. You live in my favourite part of the country, we shall be in Rogart in a couple of weeks.

The quickest and best way to learn about XMs is to get yourself one - that's how we all learnt But hurry, there are not many left.

hi all thanks for the responses. Im in my favourite part of the WORLD, home now is Evanton, looking forward to learning. I dont own a cit but know I will be working on them soon.

Whose vehicles will you be working on then? Just curious

Watch out for two estates coming up the A9 on the 31st. Went into the cafe at the garage on the road to Evanton, very good value.
