Hi all
Got my new car cover today and im very pleased with it, you can throw buckets of water over the car and it stays dry, it also doesnt flap about in the wind like the cheaper one i had did. ![]() D -------------------- 92 xm 20i prestige auto (modified)R.P 5678

It certainly pays to keep them covered when not in use.
I often wash our car covers, on the car, with a bucket of soapy water and the hose, no water ever gets through. Its best to keep them clean so they covers can breath, otherwise the car can sweat and then it might as well not be covered at all. Only problem is, your car always needs to be clean to cover it up. Although thats no problem, as it means the car is always clean when you want to use it Chris. -------------------- 1995 'N' XM 2.1TD VSX Manual Estate, magenta red - 62K miles
