Have you noticed the recent thread on here about the 20th year of the Xm, people posted a few ideas and a few said they would attend.

I will be there with the Xm, it would be very nice to have 60 Xms! Is that achieveable? mellow.gif

Where is the national rally held?

Chris.

According to the latest Citroenian the National is at the Heritage Motor Centre, Gaydon, Warwickshire on 17th and 18th July (see attached). The event was at Wood Green last year and before that I think and, while not wishing to be too pessimistic, I had hoped to see 20 XMs last year for the launch anniversary and there were only about 15 in the line up.! Regards, Matthew T. PS. Just returned from the Northern Rally, which had a very poor and disappointing turn out of XMs - six on the Saturday and just five yesterday I think, with only one other Series One apart from mine (Citroen XM's SED).

The XM turnout at the Northern Rally sounds very poor. I was hoping to attend in the SED but the top end rebuild has spiraled out of control a bit. At current rates of progress it'll be the end of summer before it's back on the road.

I got there for a walk around on saturday, but my 'lift' let me down on the sunday, and the car is/was off road, but its now taxed again, and has a new oil cooler pipe for the autobox, it may be up for a run in july but i'm not promissing, as at that distance i may not be able to afford the trip.
