So many people just recently have asked me to open a Facebook account so I have now set one up. Well it is quite mad with hundreds of silly games to challenge your mates with. But I have also found a dear friend in North Wales whom I have not seen for some time. So it does have other uses as well.

I finally caved in to the whole Bookface thing last year, after decades of steadfast resistance.
I got fed up with people pestering me to get one so they could show me pictures, arrange nights out etc, that I begrudgingly set one up. It was hard to defy the calls for so long, as all the 'cool kids' of my generation are on it these days apparently Almost overnight, about 3 million people I know have added me, and I will admit I dabble with it a few times a week, its good for catching up with people etc. Of course a lot of it is silly nonsense, getting sent 'drinks' etc and feeling obliged to send one back, but it does has a purpose as you say, I too have become reacquainted with people I hadn't spoken to in years because of it.
