Hi Guys - Just fitted recon water pump and heater pipes to my S1 V6 - I want to be sure to get all air out of system - any tips that might help - The V6 does not seem to have any bleed screws - Thanks Graeme

The V6 cooling circuit is self bleeding - the small hose that runs from the convoluted top hose to
the expansion tank on the driver's wing is the actual bleeding circuit feeding through any air to the tank which has a breather on it. Only other thing you can try to help it along is to give the top hose a helping squeeze to coax the last trapped air out. Andrew This post has been edited by Andmcit on December 20, 2008 08:53 pm |
