I asked the seller what wheels were on the car. Reply came:

QUOTE

the wheels are from the 93-94 type last of the mk
ones first of the mk twos, large flat centre area, five double offset spoke
effect.

Anyone have a picture of what he's talking about there?

I'm hoping to see him this week. I can report back on the wheels and tyres for you

That style of wheel (wobbly wheels I call them) is really nice, they work really well with the XM.

Hoy, eyes off the headlight washer covers!!

I'm after the complete front bumper as my 2.5 is currently running without washers on a s1
bumper and has duff front wings as well as a slightly off colour s1 nosecone. The bonnet £
is quite steep for me as I really dont have a problem with mine!!

The wheels sound like the etoile bobbly one's.

The guy has been a bit slow getting sorted as the bits I want are still on the car and he wanted
to get a car cover to hide the gradually stripped carcass being tutted at by the neighbours!! biggrin.gif

Thanks Andy! You've saved me some grief with a wasted journey and an unwanted surprise.

Not what I understood the situation to be; he was going to remove the wings, nosecone
and complete front bumper and get back to me and I haven't heard anything!! Actually,
he doesn't sound like a guy I want to do business with now so I'll not bother with any of
the other items I need. sad.gif

So, if someone else wants them...

Saves me a trip to collect and a fair few ££'s too. Sorry Phil! rolleyes.gif

Andrew. If you want all that lot I'm happy to wait for another washer to come along. No worries. I could forward it on to you.

No worries Andy, my beef isn't with you but the guy sellng the parts. If he's that mercenary do I
want to trek across the country for the items I want that are purportedly in excellent condition!?
