Hi Andrew

Not an exclusive I am afraid just a VSX with leather and alloys added. The give away items are the manual heating panel, the cloth type door panel and of course the VSX badge on the tailgate.

Just could not resist the VSX badge one. I think you can rely on any VSX badges being factory fitted but I would never place the same reliance on an Exclusive badge on an XM.

Sigh. Washing the car and running a vacuum cleaner around the insides would have taken less time than it would have to photograph it and create the eBay auction.

Also, did you see the category the car is in?

And two negs in the last 12 months, one of which was car related. One to avoid if you ask me!

There is something about that that doesnt make it look like a good car!

I believe the seller is just a bit of a scruffy fella or at least the passenger is!?

That's the third time this one's been touted on ebay this year.

I remember the cracked screen, and Andrew remarked on the 'drug dealer' tinted rear window.

It was in Penzance before though, so it must have changed hands. It wasn't MOT'd the last two times either, so it must have been standing a while. I wonder how the new owner knows it drives so well.

Still, it's cheap, so it could be a bargain........even for parts.

So it was the penzance one!
Perhaps the veg is still in the passenger footwell.

See it is back on ebay again from the same seller so the sale must have fallen through again.

I've asked him point blank why it won't sell to the winning bidders and he's ignored me so far.
I was feeling reckless and have bid on it twice before, the last time the highest losing bid.

If this XM was genuine, had a decent seller and description it would garner a better return than
it has done so far but I'm not prepared to go too far out on a limb for something I frankly don't
trust as much as I may fancy the car...

Still may have a pop at it again, 3rd time lucky?

I spoke to him on the phone last time about the car but did not get to find the time to view it so did not bid. As I understand the car failed to sell at two ebay attempts in Penzance. The owner decided that it would not sell in Cornwall so then got it moved to Yeovil for a friend to do the selling. Think I would need to understand why this most recent Yeovil auction failed before I showed any more interest.

If he moves it a bit nearer to Yorkshire next time I might put in a bid.........

Although, I think a bit more honesty and openness about the car might have better results than shifting it around the country.
