Coathooks are a must!

My glovebox handle does work as it should, although ive never noticed the lid being damped.

Still a lockable glovebox is a luxuary to me, my Seat doesnt even have a glovebox. Actually thats a lie, it does have one, its just normally where the boot would be laugh.gif

I found something the other day on the Xm id never noticed before ... it has a light which makes the ignition glow! I dont know how ive never noticed that before, its actually very effective.

I want coat hooks! why doesnt my prestige have them? maybe because you have the turbo?? not that i will ever use them mind, but i just think those push button ones in the roof lining are just such an excellent design biggrin.gif

I don't think anyone ACTUALLY USES them!? Great little bit of design touch though.
A SPARE working catch AND damper! Wow.

I'm feeling dizzy now... biggrin.gif

Dean, I'll see if I can find some I have spare for you - finish the ensemble of perfectly!
Can't have coathook envy...

Ill have to check if mine is damped, ive never noticed actually.

Your right, ive never seen anyone use them blink.gif , actually grab handles seem very much unused too. Who holds onto the roof when sitting in a car wacko.gif

I agree though, that has got to be one of the best design of a car coathook ever! I also like the interior lights, its a great idea to have a button on the dash rather than having to find one on the light itself. Another example of Citroens excellent thinking, a designated cubby for the service book.

You can always count on Citroen for (sometimes unnoticed) excellent designs cool.gif

The saloon fold down grab handles are infinitely superior to the estate ones!#

One of the few disappointments with my V6 is that all the opening cubbyholes (glovebox, central compartment etc.) clang open instead of that luxurious gentle whoosh that I used to get with my old SEi.

But I've lived with that for the last five years ----- I want cupholders!

Read something by Clarkson recently where he reasons American cars have got as bloated as they
are beyond where they used to simply be BIG, as the central cupholder width for the McD's large
coke dictates a reference point for the surrounding chunky seats for equally chunky driver etc etc!!! laugh.gif
