So. Anyone want to join the autobox fixing faction of the forum members!? Actually, my 24v v6 is K761 CJH which is almost identical and I have K119 CJH too which is another V6!! Must've registered a whole batch of V6's together. Andrew |

Apologies for being off-topic here, but this sort of stuff really gets on my wick: the insertion cost is refunded if you relist your vehicle as a result of a buyer not paying, and there is no final value fee in such a situation either. The idea that consumer-to-consumer bids are legally binding contracts has no precedent in this country anyway and I don't ever see a judge demanding a buyer pay for something he doesn't want/can't afford. All such LEGAL THREATS do is highlight the seller as a probable pain in the ass to deal with... -------------------- 97 'R' XM 2.0i SX Saloon Auto

Yep, i can understand how damn irritating it must be to have someone bid on something when they have no intention of paying, but when the seller submits a half page legal threat at the bottom of the ad it does put me off somewhat.
