Xm 3 Ltr 12v Series 1 (1993), Water pump

My beloved XM of 12 years standing and 112,000 miles has now decided to start leaking from the water pump lower drain hole. No problem (I thought) get a new one and fit it.

Then the fun started, all the suppliers have stopped making this one for my car and Citroen want half the value of my car to supply one !!

SO, does anyone out there have one spare OR know where I can get one ??

My factors told me they never did do one - and was Citroen Only - at a massive 330 quid or so. My first 12v leaked from there, so as a stop gap I simply sealed the hole up.. I then did about 5k like that.. I eventually got a second hand one on her... The PRV water pump does and WILL split in two, so you dont need to dismantle the whole engine to do the job, just the (looking at the engine) the left hand mount, anda few 10mm bolts...

Anyway... if you want to take a chance on a second hand one, theres one on my removed PRV that didnt leak - I removed it due to a functioning but jerky autobox - Id be willing to remove the HALF for you to fit ....
