You're ganna have to drill because positions of bolts are different.

Adapter - hub ring like a wheel spacer, approx. 4cm thickness.

I'm not saying that it would work perfectly.
All I want is just to give you guys an alternative which has been done for many XMs here.

If you can afford genuine XM strut tops, well it would be certainly better for your car.
