I'll admit here that the thought crossed my mind right at the beginning of the thread, but thought... Nah too obvious, would already have checked this... but then again, sometimes it's the obvious answer we overlook...

Just a short revival of the topic with a newly observed symptom: the triggering frequency of the electrovalve increases with engine revs. Even when the rpm stabilizes, the trig frequency doesn't return to the usual once per every two secs but remains higher.
