Mmm, 20th April doesn't look very good then. Presumably then to use the facilities we all have to pay the entrance fee, a bit expensive for two days. What do you all think?

Why doesn't 20th look good peter???
19th 20th is best time for me, but the voting is equal at the moment.. We could well still end up with conflicts with the dates.. I'd love to attend a club meet, but it may be a stretch too far at the moment, would like to make it over sme day though.

Ok come on lads!! Everyone says they're up for it. Click on Norrie's poll in the other thread to vote for your prefered weekend. Time will fly and we won't get anything. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet your fellow Citroenists in the next few months. If this is a success we can do it again at a later date and give ourselves more time to get things organised. I think if we don't push ourselves to make the effort for this one then this sort of thing will die a death and no-one will bother again. We are all individuals but our love of XM's brings us together as a group. We don't have the constraints of other clubs with AGM's and committee meetings etc etc. so we should be able to move things quicker by a simple vote of the membership. Let's make a big effort and get this one off the ground. I'm sure once we've done it the next ones will be easier and easier. We just need to take this first step and do it!  -------------------- Dave.

Luckily any of the dates will suit me at the moment.
Only on one of the days at any weekend as no overnight facilities. With enough other mermbers, I may try for B & B, though -------------------- Xantia 2 litre HDi Saloon X reg 1999
