My dad and I gave the car a really thorough clean yesterday (it needed it) and it looked so good I decided to take some piccies.
As well as a thorough wash I applied Meguiars trim detailer to the bumpers, wing mirrors and other plastic trim which had gone rather grey. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() -------------------- 1992 Citroen XM 2.0 I Automatic (daily driver)

Looking good Stu, nice colour, and I still love those bowling ball wheel trims, my first XM had them, I think they really suit the style of the car down to the ground, ncier than some of the alloys in fact
I really must get some pics of my two up one of these days Ciarán -------------------- '95 XM 2.1TD VSX Hatch: RP 6429. Rare green ;-)

True, how good these cars look after a wash...I think they exhibit their impressive angular shape better when clean and shiny. Also can't stop looking at mine after having washed it...Your paint looks being in good shape Stu.

Yep. When I clean up mine I often stand gazing at them and thinking 'Wow, I forgot how mad it looks from this angle' etc
Even the green S2 had a good scrub at the weekend and I marvelled at how it gleamed, and how good it looked parked across the street. These cars stand the test of time well, there's no doubt about it. They still look futuristic, I get plenty of double takes when pulling out of junctions and blasting on to the motorway There's nothing else comes close -------------------- '95 XM 2.1TD VSX Hatch: RP 6429. It's not bad. The bonnet's a bit flat - I think it's been over-polished - and there are a couple of trolley-dings and minor scratches but on the whole I think it looks pretty good! -------------------- 1992 Citroen XM 2.0 I Automatic (daily driver)

Very nice Stu! And I agree with Ciaran (much to the disgust of CitroenXM no doubt:-)) that the 'bowling ball' wheel trims are nice-my Onyx has them and I love 'em....Need to wasch mine now and take some pics....
