Saw a black one this afternoon near Dartford in Kent, didn't half look nice! In years to come when I don't need an estate and a C6 costs 500 quid I'm going to splash out.

Cheers
Bob

Hi all

Spotting C6's!! Yes I have too, on my way back from Winchester a month a go or so, I tried too take a quick video on my phone. A Beautifull black one cruised passed me and I followed it for a while by which time it turned off. It was around swindon area....

I've only ever seen them at the CCC national.

Beautiful cars. And give them ten years, and they'll have dropped into my price range too biggrin.gif

Have you sat in one?
Sorry to put a downer on the thread but it has about as much width internally as a zx.
I know they need more space for airbags and plastic now but I would be uncomfortable driving one as theres not enough room for my o/s elbow.
I know I'm picking holes, but my xantias got way more space for me.

I see two in circulation on an almost daily basis; one black and the other slate blue/grey.
Pretty sure the black one is a bit of a cheat as it'll likely be the local Cit dealers who have x2 for
sale including a black one.

The other blue one had his own burberry (real!! not fake!?) rug on the rear window ledge and
mud flaps!! biggrin.gif The cream leather looks nice.

Yep, Citroen's carefully calculated buyer profile may take a skew off course!! laugh.gif

Thinking about it, I'm almost certain he has a towbar fitted on it too!!
IIRC, the private reg number used to sit on an XM...

Hi all.

Well, I reckon with the one I saw on my hols in Yorkshire and the one I've seen locally recently and the various reports on here, they must have sold getting on for twenty. Not bad for probably millions of Euros to tool up for RHD !!!!!!
Sadly, my local genuine Citroen dealer has just gone t*ts up. Comes to something when a city the size of Brum can't support two main agents. Victims, I suspect, of their "we'll never sell any of these" mentality.

Mike.

i've just got back from the mountains in south spain where during my travels i saw one xm and one c6. both looked good. nowadays i seem to see equal quantities wherever i go.

mind you working near a main dealer i always see c6s but i think they are test drives. (or the MD commuting in the tester!)

Whoopee!

I got a drive in a C6 yesterday. 2.2 diesel exclusive, very nice, I now oficially want one. Inevitably it was green so the XM tradition continues..

Sadly the sort of people who spend 30 odd grand on a car don't really notice the 400 quid a year for road tax. These taxes make no difference as the only people it hurts are the ones who already run their cars economically (like us running older cars and doing some or all of our own maintenance) rant over.
