Hi folks,
I've got a new XM, and am desparately keen to find out everything I can about them. Mine is a 2.1 TD auto, and seems slightly sick: it's so slow :-( Quite a lot of performance returned when I lubricated the accelerator cable..! Still seems not to be a light throttle in any sense. I also have a Pug 405 1.8 TD with an XUD engine, and that is much quicker, so there has to be more in the XM waiting to get out. How do I get it to behave properly. Must be possible to tweak/tune these things... and the performance figures are supposed to be quite reasonable. Think mine has been driven too slowly for too long..!
