Hi All
Congratulations to Jorgy9 on making the 10,000 post. Well done George. I see the that a pill pusher managed to make the 10,001 post. Will we ever find a way of keeping them out? Regards XMexc -------------------- An interest in 2.5TD's.

20,000 posts is absolutely tremendous. I remember in the early days of club-xm trying to entice people to post. It wasn't easy. Then a few joined and started the process. Then it just started feeding on itself. Its just brilliant.
A big thanks to all who contribute to club-xm (and even just read). Every contribution, no matter how big or small, is what makes club-xm the success that it is. I'm sure we'll reach the next 20,000 posts in even less time. The next milestone hovering on the horizon is 1000 members. And that will be 1000 genuine members since I spent a bit of time deleting all the bot memberships. I look forward to it. I think its safe to say in todays throwaway society that the information and help made available through club-xm has kept a goodly number of cherished cars on the road when they would otherwise have gone to meet their maker. Think of the saving in our collective carbon footprints. All joking aside that's not to be sniffed at. It takes a lot of lamps changed from incandescent to fluorescent to make up for the energy consumed in the manufacture of a car. Reusing things instead of throwing them away is the single largest missed opportunity in the race against Peak Oil. Anyhow, soapbox put away for now. Congrats to everyone. Cream cakes all round. cheers norrie -------------------- '10 '59' C5 2.0 HDi Exclusive Tourer Metallic Grey
