Hi all,
Forgive me if this is a silly question but does it matter if there is too much LHM in the tank? I recently had my indie change the LHM for me (a time thing) and when I checked the level yesterday the orange indicator is a few mm above the top red line on the sightglass. As an aside - we don't have access to hydraflush here apparently, so they just use LHM to 'rinse' the system if it is really dirty. Regards, Kiwi -------------------- XM 2.1TD Auto RP 6632

Hi
too much LHM will not harm anything, just that it might leak all over. Even more if one day a sphere diaphragm explodes, then u may get a nice LHM-treatment for your engine bay! I see u can order hydraflush from http://www.myparts.org/ , LHM won't clean the system "deeply"... cheers George -------------------- XM '94 V6 12v, manual, Diravi - Mark "1.5" in black - bought: 138,000mls now: 167,000 miles
