Anti-sink On A 1995 V6, Fitted or not?

Hi all,
Thanks to Peter and Nos for quick replies to my first attempt at asking this question in the wrong section. I though that I could just add it to my long list of electrical problems and get away with it. No way, Nos noticed.

This 1995 3.0 V6 Auto Exclusive has just come to me via ebay. RPN is 6675 and there is nearly 162k on the clock. Having now seen it for the first time, then collected and driven it the butchery I had in mind in favour of my collection of 2.5 vsx TD's is on hold. The air con works just like the man said on ebay so I am going to use it this summer (assuming we have one) so I need to sort out some of its little faults.

The suspension drops overnight. No particular corner or end of the car is favoured during the gentle descent as I stopped and watched it go down. I need to know if this particular car was built without anti-sink or if I have a fault.

There Nos, in the right section and with the RPN quoted so if you can help me with checking this out then I will be able sleep at night instead of using the recently aquired broadband to look at XM web sites.

According to the manual the Ant-sink was available from 1995 for the 2.5TD (DK5ATE engine) and the 2.0 (XU10J4R engine) only. However, it was not available in the V6 (ES9J4 engine) until RP7483. This means that a 1995 V6 must be fitted with a Flow Diverter valve instead ie no anti-sink.
