Not sure if in the right area 4 this so sorry if i am.

I ave just found out that the police all over the uk are trying to introduce section 59 which is kind of in use but not to the full. they are now looking to bring this in in full force. At the bottom there is a link to a petition for all those who want to sign up against this new **** rule.

Section 59
This is a caution for vehicles used in a manner causing alarm, distress or annoyance.

This means that you could be given a caution for almost anything, such as a loud exhaust, and the worst bit of all is that NO proof is needed and they can even go purely off witness statements. All it takes is three of these cautions and they CAN take your car and getting it back means parting with £150!

Anything subjective that could be argued as 'causing distress' is going to be open to abuse!

PLEASE can I have all 4x4's banned as their drivers ****ing p!ss me off with their sheer
arrogance AND stupidity = D***he*ds!! Must be something to do with thinner oxygen to
their brain the higher their balls get from the ground!? Warrior? more like W**k*r.
'Strangely' I feel very nervous anytime one is remotely near me!!

Could say the same about ANY german marque of vehicle too...

It's going to get to the point where you'd better watch where you park in case you're
too close to the kerb and heaven help if you've got the wrong type of furry dice, air
freshner or make of tyre!

If Lez does keep spinning yarns mind as has been seen nobody
will take serious points at face value!!
