Folks,
My S2 plip has just ceased to work. I suspect batteries, but seem to recall some problem with them going "out of synch." Am I correct? Is there a way of "resynchronising" them with the box on the car? r -------------------- '97 2.5 Estate

Ah! I seem to have sorted it!
Start car. Press button on plip when engine running. Stop car. Plip works! I brought my spare one back to life like this, too. (If only everything was... etc...) r -------------------- '97 2.5 Estate

Well done, you just discovered the re-sync procedure without help

No the S1 plip is a straightford plip lock and unlock no deadlock as far as i noticed
