I have fitted my multipoint injection lpg system to my XM but having picked up the rpm signal at the petrol ecu, the reading is not correct on the lpg software. I believe the rpm wire runs through a multiplexing unit before arriving at the rev counter in the dash. Does anyone know if it gets changed here to one that the rev counter recognises and thus gives the correct reading.
