1) When the cranshaft keyway is in the vertical position the flywheel pin hole is aligned.

2) When pinning the diesel pump its the bottom hole thats pinned at 4 o'clock.

3) If you take off the water pump for inspection and refit it using instant liquid gasket it jams up.


Which is why I am sitting here wait for the dealer to open so I can buy a gasket and finish the job.

Why not put your model details in your signature. Click on 'my controls' at the top right of this screen, 'Edit my signature' at the bottom left of the next and just fill in the details in the white box in the middle of the following screen. Job done.
