I think mine has died; the panel has started reading -.-C and flashing; has anyone else had this happen? Does anyone know where the sensor is fitted; I had a quick peek under the bonnet and couldn't see anything 'sensor-ish'..... If anyone has a known good'un they could turn it into pennies with me..

Thanks

Loopy

I think I'm right in saying it's in the driver's door mirror housing Loopy. Sorry haven't got a spare.

Mine has also died Loopy, from one day to another. In our cars it's in the driver's mirror. I still haven't bothered to look for a replacement...I think they are very cheap from Citroen though.

Thanks for the info guys; I wonder if they are the same as Xantia ones, if so I'll plunder the one off Suzis car to check if it then works, I know hers is good and if it doesn't do the biz in mine I'll not have laid out for something unnecessary cool.gif

I think they are the same as the Xantia, I know they are the same as the C5. To save taking the door panel off, you can cut the leads and solder and sleeve them. Secondhand ones are not usually any good unless fairly recent or known good, they only seem to have a life of about 5 years or so. The last new one I bought was about £16.00 from Citroen.
