Hi all.

Just a quickie while we're on Pugs. How do you change the bulbs in the rear fogs on a 306 estate ? Surely you haven't got to take the bumper off or find an alien with foot long, very thin fingers ?????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!***************

Mike.

According to Haynes (lets face it they're the experts! laugh.gif )

"Using a small screwdriver, release the retaining clip on the side of the light unit.

Withdraw the light unit from the rear bumper and twist the bulbholder anticlockwise to release it from the light unit.

The bulb is a bayonet fit in the bulbholder"

And finally, altogether now...................."Refitting is a reversal of the removal procedure" laugh.gif

Hi Dave.

Thanks for the info. At the risk of being dim (which comes pretty naturally !), is the lamp drawn out towards the back of the car -- which means the bumper stays in place -- or towards the front of the car, which looks the bad news option ?

Thanks again.

Mike.

There is a picture Mike. The screwdriver looks like it is inserted on the numberplate side (towards the middle of the car) of the lamp and the lamp is pulled out of the bumper to the rear. The bumper stays in place.
