Hi All
The left hand display highest priority messages about the car are alternating pairs. eg. Stop lamp test - apply brakes to test. Engine oil pressure - Stop immediately Hydraulic pressure and level - Warning brake pressure loss Engine water level - Stop immediately High water temperature - Slow down Worn out pads - Brake maintenance Regards XMexc -------------------- An interest in 2.5TD's.

There are ways of calculating an average without storing all values making up that average. Cant remember the maths, but it only needs to store a couple of figures to do it. Then for each new reading apply the correct algorithm and update the stored figures. It is how calculators with an average fuction work. The most logical would be the total and number of readings, but there may be other ways with a consuption figure.
