Now I don't know what I'm talking about so bear with me!
Just had a word with Bijou Citroen to get a quote for a full service and timing belt replacement on my newly acquired 93 Prestige 2.0i. Also enquired about having the near side rear electric window repaired...according to the previous owner plastic guide on the regulator is broken. Now I think I have not described the fault accurately as he mentioned a new regulator from Citroen is £204  Is this what I need or is there a cheaper fix? Sorry if you have heard this all before. Hi Harry, there is indeed a repair kit containing the plastic fitting that you require available from Citroen - it doesn't cost too much either and is quite an easy fix. This of course is assuming that it isn't the cable that has corroded and snapped - unlikely on series 1 & 1.5's. I've replaced two of these clips myself in the past.
