Hi All
Beachcomber I forgot to mention rusty strut heads, look for cracking of the thin layer of rubber on the dome that projects into the ehgine compartment. As to front and rear skirt damage from driving with the suspension dropped - Not on a 2.5 unless it has serious suspension problems. They were all factory fitted with anti-sink and stay up for days. Regards XMexc -------------------- An interest in 2.5TD's.

So I didn't get it!!!
E-Bay watchers will see that the 2.5 TD recently auctioned went for over £600 in the end - that was already £150 over what I thought it was worth to ME. Still no doubt a good buy for someone. I'll just keep looking, a pal told me about a V6 Estate in B'Ham [ White ], might see if I can track that down. Beachcomber |
