2.0i Turbo Exclusive Manual, Complete but off the road

The XM has to go and I’d rather give you the first shout….
Firstly I should say it’s near Oswestry in Shropshire.
It’s a black car with grey leather and alcantara seats. It’s been off the road since April and I haven’t got round to sorting it out. It has two problems as far as I’m aware….
The exhaust gasket is blowing like mad, but I have a brand new genuine one that I never fitted.
The engine’s stopped due to something electrical I think. (It had a few electrical breakdowns in its last few weeks until the wife gave up on it).
Other than that it has no MOT or Tax and the battery’s probably flat…
Mileage is about 146,000.
It has the electrical heater panel and auto aircon, (regassed last year), electric dippy mirrors with working heaters (see my self help file) and a towbar.
I’m not going to break it as I think it’s quite repairable but feel free to make me a silly offer to tow it away…..

Yes it's a series 2 car on an N plate. RP6785. I think it's got all the bells and whistles except cruise control and heated seats?
I'd got £200 in mind, gasket included but it's got to go one way or another....
