If you are in Bristol I'd recommend Citroen 2CVs in Redland. They have always sorted out my XM problems without any fuss, bother or suprises in the price.
The other one in Bristol is AP Autocare in Bedminster who are also Citroen specialists. Also good, slightly more expensive but they have recently invested in lots of new computer equipment. -------------------- 96P XM 2.0Turbo Exclusive Green

There's one in Ottery St Mary but I dont know to much about them.
