Hello All
Mrs UFO was on a long trip recently and driving through the Snowy Mountains National Park at dusk, a Mr K Roo decided that he wanted to cross the road at the exact same time as the XM was there. Consequence is one dead 'roo, not unusual in Aussie country driving, and one busted glass on the indicator/fog light assembly. Also bent the rego plate, but that's easy fixed. It is a series 2 1996 model XM Exclusive. Does anyone have a glass or entire assembly they wish to sell to me and send to Australia? Offers considered. I see that Andyspares has them available at a reasonable price, but I thought I would check the second hand market first. You don't want to know the price in Aus -------------------- Craig Keller

I don't think I will bother getting a unit sent from OS thanks folks. I was nearly going to buy one from Andyspares at 59UKP. The freight quote was 65UKP!!! The unit weighs >3kg and once over that weight freight/postage is charged on calculated volume weight, less the circumfrence of your left index finger, multiplied by the weight of the nearest cat, plus your shoe size and half the third last number you didn't think of etc etc.
In other words, black magic. So I will source a new unit locally and pay about the same price. If only I knew someone going to the UK very soon... -------------------- Craig Keller
