No 1, I am trying to find the plip receiver module under the glovebox but it doesn't seem to be there!
I have found the c/l control box with two connector blocks but I can't see the receiver module. Any ideas? No 2, In trying to find the above, the telescope for the glovebox lid has become "unfixed". Ok ok! I admit it was me who unfixed it! It appears to be mounted under the glovebox. I can't get the glovebox out because the lock mechanism is holding it in! No 3, While I was sprawled over the floor with my head under the glovebox, I became aware of a very quiet bleeping noise. My son located it to underneath the rear of the car! It sounds as though it is behind the nearside rear wheel. This will obviously be as common as hell to you experts out there! However I am totally stumped with all of the above and any help would be very graciously received. -------------------- Dave.

Well I spent an awful lot of last night up till about 2.00 am trawling through the old posts on the forum for any info on the glovebox.
My perseverence paid off as I came across Norrie's post and the secret screw behind the lock bezel! I have just removed said screw but was still struggling. For some reason I couldn't get the lamp out, it was solid. Unfortunately I had to use some brute force but it did come out with some bent plastic clips. Perfectly re-usable. I also removed the switch with a bit of a struggle and Voila! it just popped out. What an absolute B*^+*%d! As for the slight bleep from the rear. I think it might be a microscopic escape of LHM under pressure and not electrical after all. Anti sink maybe? -------------------- Dave.
