K Reg V6 24v, Breaking for spares

I was asked by XMec in another post ,why was I breaking this car ? and yes I do realise they are quite rare but to the scrap yard it must go! XM Mafia do your worst!
Im afraid I bought this mongrel in haste off ebay 3- 4 years ago and would not wish it on anyone else.I intend to keep whatever parts might be useful for my other XM's but anything V6 24v related is up for grabs.Engine and gearbox were both ok when I took it off the road sum 2 years ago.The engine cant be started as I think a fuel line has ruptured underneath the car.I also have a spare V6 24v secondhand exaust system from the cat to the rear of the car available.
Life is now less frought running my reliable 2.5td ,totally fault free,again bought off ebay,but there again its only covered 49k to date. The only work Ive had to have done in 18 months of ownership is ,two spheres replaced and the rest regassed by Keith Davis ,Citroen Specialist of Aldford Nr Chester.Can highly recommed,
I guess Ill be inundated with requests for bits for V6 24v Xms, ie from all 4 of you!

Were are you please? I will consider taking the whole car instead of the scrap man having it!!

For some reason I'll admit I rarely venture to post here, I'm normally in lurk mode!

PLEASE don't throw anything away in haste just yet, I'm another 24v owner too!

Give me time to actually think about which parts I'd be interested in the most BUT I do know I'm interested in the exhaust, the spare or the one on the car! Don't suppose the FRONT flexi mini cat is available too...

As it was readily at hand I've actually managed to fabricate a replacement for my front mini cat front flexi using the strong braided flexible section that was a spare new front downpipe for a CX 2.5 GTi, so there should be some life left in my repair. I'm after a correct original one purely as a backup, as I do plan to keep my 24v for as long as possible.

Whereabouts are you?

Is there some XM/Cit part you're after that you'd swap as I don't mind admitting I'm just about to take the plunge getting another Cit and funds are being stretched creatively already!
