I was puzzled by this recently too, and despite searching could find nothing. I made up a header tank extender using a 2l juice bottle with the bottom cut out and duct taped to the filler hole. This is like buying Citroen tool XYZ&^% (insert outrageous price here) and seems to work.
Filling as much as possible and then running the engine with the heater fully open seems to bleed the system pretty well. -------------------- Craig Keller
